Eric founded Reincorp Advisory in May 2020 and leads the firm's three practices.

Before founding the firm, Eric worked in Gilbert + Tobin's national Tax and M&A practice and PwC's Financial Advisory practice. He was also a Director at the Australian Taxation Office, where he co-chaired the National Property and Construction Taskforce and served as Acting Regional Director immediately before his departure.

Eric serves on the advisory boards of privately owned businesses across the civil construction, facilities management, retail, beauty and health technology sectors.

David is a Director at Reincorp Advisory and works across its Corporate Advisory and Family Office practices.

David brings more than 25 years of senior accounting and finance experience across a range of industries. He joined the firm from a national civil construction group, where he was Chief Financial Officer for ten years.

His experience spans financial planning and risk management, cash flow and financial reporting, ASX reporting requirements and IPO preparation.
